By purchasing from or subscribing to Apology Unspoken, you agree to the following terms. Please read them — they're written to be understood, not to obscure.

The service

Apology Unspoken provides AI-generated personal apology letters delivered via email. Individuals may purchase a single letter or a bundle of three as a one-time purchase. Practitioner Partners access letters through a monthly subscription plan. All customers submit details about their situation through a private form and receive a custom letter based on those details.

Purchasing and billing

Individual letters are available as one-time purchases — a single letter for $8 or a bundle of three for $20. No subscription or recurring charge applies to individual purchases. Practitioner Partner plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Practitioners may cancel at any time by emailing hello@apologyunspoken.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused letters do not roll over.

Refunds

We stand behind every letter. If something doesn't feel right, email us at hello@apologyunspoken.com and we'll work with you to address it. The quality of each letter depends in part on the detail and honesty of your submission — the more you share, the more the letter will resonate.

Content and use

The letters generated for you are for your personal use. You may share or print them as you wish. You may not resell or redistribute Apology Unspoken letters as your own product or service.

Not a substitute for professional support

Apology Unspoken is a creative and emotional tool, not a mental health service. If you are in crisis or need professional support, please reach out to a licensed therapist or counselor. The letters are not therapy and are not intended to replace professional care.

Accuracy and expectations

Letters are generated by AI based on the information you provide. The quality and emotional resonance of each letter depends in part on the honesty and detail of your submission. We cannot guarantee that every letter will meet your expectations, but we will always work to make it right.

Privacy

Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify customers and active Practitioner Partners of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
