When you make a purchase — whether a single letter, a bundle, or a Practitioner Partner subscription — we collect your email address and billing information (processed securely through Stripe). When you submit a letter request, you share details about your situation, relationship, and emotional context. That information is used solely to generate your letter.
What we do not store
The personal details you submit in your letter request form are not stored on our servers after your letter is generated. We do not retain your story, your relationships, or the content of your letters. Once the letter is created and delivered, that information is gone.
Who sees your information
No human at Apology Unspoken reads your letter requests or the letters themselves. Your submission goes directly into the generation process. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing and Beehiiv for email delivery. Each operates under their own privacy policy. We share only what is necessary — your email address for delivery, and payment details for billing.
Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for basic functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@apologyunspoken.com. We will respond within 48 hours.
